The Jhansi-Manikpore State Railway was a further section of the Indian Midland Railway(IMR) network, opened in 1889. It line when completed linked Jhansi-Manikpore
The IMR had a comparatively brief existence before being amalgamated in 1900 with the Great Indian Peninsula Railway(GIPR).
