From 1880 1896 limited access editions are available, probably accessible by those in North America. All these editions have the advantage that the pages can be rotated. HathiTrust editions cannot be downloaded, but it may be possible to locate an equivalent Google Books version (often there is a link from the HathiTrust page), or Archive.org version, if you wish to download.
