Wazirabad was a town on the Grand Trunk Road (GT Road) between Gujranwala and Gujrat, Punjab. It lay in Gujranwala District and was also the headquaters of a tehsil of the same name.

History
It was the headquarters of Wazirabad District until 1851-52 and had a cantonment until 1855 when the latter was moved to Sialkot.
