Hoshiarpur Doab Railway
The Hoshiarpur Doab Railway was a private company (The Hoshiarpur-Doab Branch Railway Company), that opened a series of railway lines from 1912 through to 1920. All these lines were worked by North Western Railway(NWR)
- Jullundur-Doab Railway, opened 1912. Apparently this railway could have originally been been part of Southern Punjab Railway(SPR) and then renamed to form the Hoshiarpur Doab Railway
- Jullundur-Mukerian Railway, opened 1914-15. Part of Jullundur-Doab Railway; which was renamed Hoshiarpur Doab Railway
- Jullundur-Nakodar Chord Railway, opened after 1914. Part of Jullundur-Doab Railway); renamed Hoshiarpur Doab Railway
- Phagwara-Rahoa(Rahon) Railway, opened 1915-16 as part of Hoshiarpur Doab Railway
- Jaijon Extension Railway, opened before 1920 as part of Hoshiarpur Doab Railway
The network of lines were all worked and apparently finally absorbed by North Western Railway(NWR)
