- 1874 Jun, Indus Valley State Railway deployed from Public Works Department(PWD) - Railway Branch Assistant Engineer [1].
- 1878 Dec, Wardha Valley Railway, Manager [1].
- 1880 Mar, Rajputana State Railway(RSR), Locomotive Superintedent [1].
- 1881-82, Rajputana-Malwa State Railway (RMSR) created amalgamating, under single management, existing State Railways including RSR.
- 1892 winter, Indian Railway Conference Association, Lahore. 'Locomotive Superintendents Conference' delegate representing Rajputana-Malwa State Railway(RMSR) as Locomotive Superintendent[2]. Note in this photograph the caption reads 'S.N.Gutersloh', this is thought to be incorrect
- 1891 Jun, Retired [1]. Note this is contradictory to his attendance at IRCA in winter 1892
